I'm so thrilled to be working on a new cake for a very special client's wedding. When she told me, "I don't really like cake," I was determined to change her mind. And I have just the cake to do it! After testing my salted caramel recipe on friends and family, I know I've got a winner for the delicious drips, the question is, what flavors should I choose for the cake?
